RCWRAP warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects, bubbling, cracking, peeling, and delamination for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, road debris, improper use, or any of the exclusions specified below. The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
**Warranty Coverage**
RCWRAP will provide replacement material for the quantity of product confirmed to be defective under the terms of this warranty. If providing replacement material is not deemed a sufficient resolution for the claim, RCWRAP reserves the sole right to determine whether to issue a credit.
**Warranty Exclusions**
This warranty is void if the RCWRAP product does not cover workmanship or installation errors. Warranty coverage may also be voided due to improper aftercare, inadequate cleaning, use of unapproved cleaning chemicals or products, and/or product misuse. RCWRAP product warranty applies only to OEM clear-coat surfaces. Installation on unapproved substrates—including repainted surfaces, primer, polyurethane, and vinyl—will automatically void the warranty. RCWRAP assumes no responsibility for surface repainting under any circumstances. Installation on non-painted surfaces, including but not limited to carbon fiber, chrome, headlights, or taillights, is not covered. This warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris, severe weather conditions, or acts of God. No installation facility, dealer, or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
**Filing a Claim**
RCWRAP products are warranted globally in accordance with the terms outlined in this document. In the event of a potential product defect, the installing facility is responsible for submitting a warranty claim to RCWRAP within thirty (30) days of discovery. The claim must include **official proof of purchase from the RCWRAP official website** and supporting photographs. RCWRAP retains sole authority to determine the validity of any defect as defined within this warranty.
